Greetings everyone! Today I had an interview to remote Graphics Designer position via Google Hangouts. Interestingly, the interview was text based, so I was able to google some questions but I thought the timer is ticking, so I've tried to be quick as I can. But I need your help.
Please, if you can, give your answers to these questions (Some of them seem to be easy but they are tricky inside and they want to hear not logically given answer), this will be very helpful for me, as I am on my 3rd year without a job after finishing University
And please if you can, in addition, see my portfolio and say what you think. [Link removed by moderator]
Is it good enough to have a normal job with a salary which can feed your needs?
I understand there is room to improve all the time, but I suppose I am on mid-level now or something... OK THANKS AND SEE YOU LATER!
P.S. also it is very difficult for me to decide what to choose, to become a video editor or graphic designer, I like both of them and have no idea what to do, any advice?
QUESTIONS WAS GIVEN IN PARTS :
1) What do you understand by the word"Privacy and code of conduct?
Can you embrace challenge and complexity with a sense of adventure and enthusiasm?
2) What qualities and skills should a good graphic designer have? How do you work with collaborators like copywriters, developers, and project managers? Tell me about the final hand-off process.
3) How do you incorporate feedback into your designs? What's a time you received hard criticism for your work? Describe your creative process. And What are the major steps?

In essence, you are asking us to complete your application for job.
Are you out of your mind?

I've seen posts before asking us to do someone's homework but completing a job application is a new one on me .
artyzik - A potential employer wants to see your answers, not someone elses. What will you do if you get through to the next stage and have a face to face interview? You need to do your background work and think through the answers yourself. None of those questions are technical and they are looking to see how you answer and how you approach the creative process .
Also note - I have removed the link to your website. Posting to a site that lists prices is not sharing your portfolio, it is advertising which is not allowed here.

This whole thing is very suspicious looking to me. Inasmuch as this topic has nothing to do with Photoshop, I'm locking this discussion. If anyone sees any reason for unlocking it, you can private message me.

You're obviously not qualified for the job if you had to Google the answer to the questions
