Graphics not displaying correctly

I tried to upgrade to 24, but graphics were all screwed up on my HP desktop running Windows 11. Minitor MZ27fwr FHO Radon RX550. Tiff files do not display correctly at all. Nikon NEF files have streaks at the top. 

I gone back to earlier versions of Photoshop and Bridge, deleted the caches, reinstalled drivers. I am at my wits end and Microsoft, HP, and Adobe are not help.

Could you please specify exactly what is wrong with the image you attached?

Try this: Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)" - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
