Hello - I can't quite seem to work through the steps in resolving this GPU error. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    Hello, thank you for your reply. I've just checked in with my IT and apparently because I'm using a virtual desktop/VDI machin, I don't have a GPU. I've since rolled back my photoshop version to the previous iteration and it seems to be working fine, for now. Case closed.

        Hi! Sorry, I'm not too sure on how to check what GPU I have in my system.

          @huiyunc70604491 have you tried updating your GPU driver, what GPU do you have in that system, you're currently using a MS basic render driver
