Green screen on opening photoshop

Photoshop 2023 V 24.1 throws up a green screen while opening any file. The screen also keeps flickering this green colour.

Hi

Try enabling "Deactivate Native Canvas" in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it help, if that doesn't help try enabling "Older GPU Mode (pre 2016)" again restart Photoshop.
