green screen?

Hi when I submit a photo to photoshop do I see a green screen? What's going wrong here?

First, try to disabling GPU in the preferences (Preformance tab) and check again if it's help
If it's working, it's seem to be a GPU bug or incompatibility. Contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it.

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
