grey sketch into colour

Hello!

I'm using Photoshop CS2. Is there a way to turn a grey sketch into a coloured sketch? I want it to be in tone of colour green RGB 139,197,61.

I have this

and I want it to look like this

I've tried by changing hue/saturation, but I want to set a specific tone of colour green. Does anyone know a way to do that?

Here's a better trick: Click on the Foreground Color Swatch and enter your values. Click OK

Create a new Layer

Alt + Back space to fill with the new color

Overlay Blending Mode

Flatten the Image Layer menu > Flatten Image and save as a jpeg
