Halftones on iPad?

Is it possible to create a halftone effect on an iPad in Photoshop?

I don't think it is available on Photoshop iPad version.

Two ways I know of - first one is just use Procreate and drag the psd files back and forth between them.  Other way is go use a halftone layer and filters.
