Hand tool stuck on Photoshop - tried everything

I am desperate for help.

I can't get the hand tool to come off on photoshop, no matter what tool I select.

I have tried the spacebar, resetting settings, updating software - all suggestions I can find.

the other thing I can think of is that it is to do with some assistive software I downloaded. They are 'read & write gold' 'global auto correct' and 'mind view'.

Has anyone else had any similar issues, if so what did you do ?

Anyone know what I should do?

Make sure your spacebar is not stuck.

Try resetting the preferences:
