Have a little consideration, please [Beginner struggling to learn Photoshop/Camera Raw]

I don't know what REMOVED goes through ya'lls brain when you make a video that is suppose to help someone understand and use photoshop, but I have watched several and you REMOVED are really starting to REMOVED. First off, you just start in a platform. I don't know where you are or how you got there. I am looking for info on the RAW File format but when I search for help on the subject I get videos that tell me "Here we are in Camera RAW...". I also love the fact that you make me come into this place and ask for you to REMOVED for us that have never used or are just learning to use Photoshop. Nice customer service.

    We have no idea what you are actually ranting about - I'm guessing you have no clue what you are doing and are starting from scratch and are very frustrated because the information our there doesn't start from scratch. Take a class... I teach Photoshop to beginners all the time and we start with naming the pieces and parts of the interface... find yourself a real life instructor - at a community college or search online, there are tons of training classes. Everyone has to start somewhere. I teach for a company called Certstaffix, I also teach one on one private classes - there are plenty of places out there to learn from a person, not just watch a video. You get what you pay for... free videos are not going to help you unless you have some knowledge to start with.

    Okay, first off I am in a class, that's why I'm in photoshop. Second, the videos aren't free because they are created by Adobe under the guise of help, a company to which I pay a monthly subscription fee. Now I'm sure teaching all those classes you have money coming in hand over fist I, do not so please excuse my uneducated manners when I get a little upset when after paying for a service as well as more than a little time spent looking and searching, I find no trace of help.

    Remember that this is a user to user forum and we are volunteers answering questions.

    So why not take a deep breath and ask your questions. It appears you are having a problem with / or have questions on Camera Raw? What are the specific issues and we will try and help

    Dave, you have no idea how badly I wanted to edit your post and substitute random words with 'REMOVED'. 

    Jennifer, we still have no idea of what you are having an issue with and how we can help you.  Could you have been viewing an advanced tutorial that assumed more basic knowledge about Photoshop than you currently have?  We'd be glad to help, even if just to point you to a possibly more appropriate tutorial.
