Have all CS3 Disks, Serial, Product ID - How to reinstall?

I have all of my original media, product ID, serial number, etc. I decided to do an upgrade to Windows 10 and still have an old Windows 7 directory (and image) but would rather not have to dual boot to keep using CS3. I've seen that there were registration free versions available but they seem to be gone. Can anyone suggest what the appropriate method to move forward would be now that the only problem with the installation is Adobe's copy protection method is apparently no longer working?

PS - My problem with the SAAS offering is that I use Photoshop on occasion for projects. Paying monthly is not practical for my usage nor level of need, occasional here. It's unfortunate it all went this route as it has pushed me to alternatives that aren't preferred but do the job and suitable for usage and needs. I hope some option returns and would gladly upgrade from CS3.

Unfortunately, the activation servers for CS3 are shut down, and Adobe is no longer offering a workaround. There is no other non-subscription version available. So your only options are to continue what you're doing, get the subscription, or get Photoshop Elements.

The Photography Plan, which includes the latest version of Photoshop plus new versions as they become available and Lightroom and cloud storage, costs just around $10 a month and runs under Windows 10.

Chuck - many thanks for the honest reply now and in the past. Disappointing that I missed the earlier notifications which led to this being the end of the road. Will find a way to manage appropriately.
