Having an issue with the save for web function

@Irvin5E4B Is this happening with or without legacy Save as turned on? It doesn't look like you're getting the same tabs as in the legacy. If that's not it, is your file flattened before exporting? That shouldn't matter but I'm wondering if a particular layer is interfering. Let us also know your version and OS for other troubleshooting.

This looks similar to what someone else (who was a Mac user) was experiencing when trying to use contextual menus, which was solved by using a previous version until it gets fixed. Think it's a bug.

 

If you try the previous version of Photoshop, does it still happen?
