Question

Having trouble typing heart

Everywhere I have looked so far, it is telling me to type "Alt-3", but this is the symbol that comes up instead of a heart. "£"

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Thanks

Alt 3 refers to the numeric keypad, not the top row of number keys. If your computer doesn't have a numeric pad, you can use the Character Map.

What version of photoshop and windows are you using?

That doesn't always work with every font. Have you tried other fonts?

Another way you can get a Heart shape in your type is to go to Window>Glyphs in photoshop and look under Symbols for a Heart, then double click on the Heart to insert in your text.
