Having trouble with time lapse in Photoshop CC

I am trying to get the frame rate to match. To me when I am doing the time lapse in photoshop with 250 images I pick a frame rate of 50 and it has the peerferct speed I want when I play it back but when I render it the final time lapse seems to be faster ??  The render dialog box also says 50 as frame rate so I am not sure what I am missing. I saw the videos on YouTube and followed them but I am still missing some thing and not sure what I am doing wrong?

Photoshop needs to buffer the timelapse when you play it, so the first time is slow, it builds up to normal speed with a few more plays. So check that before your render.
