HDR Toning Issue

So I use HDR Toning to edit pictures on a game called iRacing. I use to have no issues then a few days ago i started to have a issue where it would ruin my night pictures, wouuld anyone know how to fix this? The pictrue is using default HDR settings.Post HDROriginal
