.HEIC File
.heic files doesn't open in photoshop from Bridge or any other way to open up the picture.

Hi Rube,
Have you done the needful that this article describes for HEIC support in Photoshop on Windows?

This will enable you to Open HEIC images from within Photoshop itself on Windows, but perhaps not provide the Bridge > Ps support you seem to be after.
More ideas:
Is the Bridge install on your system fully up to date according to the Creative Cloud Desktop?
It's also possible that full HEIC support isn't available just yet for Bridge. I notice a couple threads.
