I am creating a website and wanted to create a watermark and a link back into my website in case our visitors wanted to share it on Pinterest or another social media platfrorm. Is it possible?

On your website you can add link to home page when someone click on it. That is default behaviour in majority of templates.

When someone share content on Pinterest, link back to your site will be added by default, no need some additional setup unless you want some specific image to be displayed on Pinterest instead of first found on that page.

If you mean to watermark images displayed on your site then you have plenty of options in Photoshop:

Manually add watermark to image(s) https://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/watermark-images-photoshop/
Use script
Use Photoshop action
Use Photoshop add on https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.12780.watermark-for-adobe-photoshop-cc-english.html

Your would need to provide your user that want to include a link to your web site some HTML. Your actual watermark image can be on your website. The HTML you provide them will display your watermark from your web site as a click able link.
