HELP - Cannot export using tiny.png, disk error message on Photoshop

Does anyone know how to fix "cannot complete the command because of a disk error?" I have deleted all the temp files, reset the preferences,and cleared the cache. There is 200GB of space available, so why do i keep getting this error?

I forgot to mention, I scanned the disk and defragged it too
