Help choose which macbook pro to get for graphic design!

hey everyone, my background is a professional illustrator and digital artists and currently i am studying graphic design. My day to day apps i use are adobe illustrator and photoshop and i am maybe thinking about doing some 3D work in the future but i am not sure right now. Currently i been using my macbook pro early 2015 and its still going strong but i want to upgrade so i can pair the macbook pro with my ipad pro to use it as a second screen/tablet and just to treat myself to a new laptop. Out of these 2 which one would you guys choose?

My budget is around 3k. I know both these devices would be over kill but i want to know which one would be better and why. I want to get a macbook pro that will last me a long time like my 2015 macbook pro did.

You will mainly need memory and GPU.

for 3K I would suggest :

Apple M3 Pro with CPU 11 core, GPU 14 core et Neural Engine 16 cœurs

And 35 Go unified memory.

Get the smal screen since you will prtobably add an external monitor.
