I need an older version of Photoshop in order to run the gmetrix testing software. I cant figure out how to get an older verion from Creative Cloud. 22.0 is the oldest i can access.
Adobe has stopped serving many previous versions. If you haven't tried doing working in the Creative Cloud app (see attached screenshot), please try that, first. Otherwise, you may have luck at https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2018-direct-download-links.html and perusing the various download links (I linked to 2018 here, but don't know what version you need). The only other option may be to look for people selling their licenses for CS6, online.
