Help installing plugin bought from marketplace.

I have bought ENGRAVING STUDIO HATCHING EFFECT PS plugin by DesignRocket and I am really having a hard time figuring out how to access it.

I have tried installing it on a m1 macbook pro, as well as 2 windows machines. I have managed to install it using  CC, it even says "INSTALLED" under manage plugins, but I cant see anything related to the plugin when trying to open Load Actions.

I also installed it manually on one of the windows machines using Anastasiy's Extension Manager. I get a "Installation was successful! Please restart Adobe application if it's open before usage" prompt: But I dont see anything related to the plugin/Action when loading PS.

I have attached relevant images to help.

Any ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you go your downloads folder on both Windows and Mac do you see a Engraving Studio.atn there?

If you have showing of file extensions turned off then you would just see Engraving Studio minus the .atn extension.

Well, I ended up figuring it out: rename the ZXP to ZIP, then extract to /Action and /patterns folder. I hope this helps someone.
