Help me open the toolbar, please

Hello, I was just minding my own business using Photoshop, but I accidentally closed my toolbar, can someone tell how to open it, any helpful information would really help me out.

Glad it helped. The way you want to think about it is, every window or panel that can be opened by Photoshop is listed on that Tools menu, so if any of them disappear, look for its name in the Tools menu.
