Help Needed: Missing Quick Selection Tool from Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

Hello all,a

I am in a strange problem. The Quick Selection tool from my Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is missing. The Magic Wand is there. But there is no small black arrow on it, to click and switch to Quick Selection. There is no way I can use Quick Selection. Pressing W key opens only Magic Wand. I feel my software is broken. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software and use Custom option and made sure all components were selected during the install, but it doesn't help. I have tried the regular Install Setup of 7.0 as well as Creative Cloud. For both, the Quick Selection tool is still missing. If someone could help me fix this, it will be great help.

Thank you,

Monica Kulkarni

Photoshop 7? Quick selection? Huh? Either you have provided confusing information or really mean that old version where those tools didn't exist. I think you fundamentally misunderstand something here...

Of course you can't down new tools Photoshop 7.0 to bring it up to date. It was released in 2002, 15 years ago. But you also mention Creative Cloud, that is right up to date, you can subscribe. What do you really have?

If you really have Photoshop 7.0, look in used book stores for very old books to be tutorials. Don't try to use any info you find on the web, it won't be any use.
