Help photoshop

Hello,maybe someone can help and explain what I have to do ? I have problems with the Photoshop app. I paid 143$ for a “Photographer plan” from 1 of November 2023 till 31 of October 2024. And for some reason I got denied the access to Lightroom and Photoshop. Can I know what happened?
