Help setting up and printing enbelopes]

Am using Mac OS14.6 Mojave. trying to print envelopes using Photoshop and.rinteres either Epson WF-3620, or XP-6000. Neither one is working out... won't orient correctly.

 

Anyone have any help here. I'm getting desparateAppeciate if anyone can help.

I’ve printed envelopes on several Epson printers and other brands too. It is tricky but doable with these steps:

 

  1. Always make sure you have chosen an envelope paper size in Page Setup. If the Epson printer driver does not already list a paper size matching the envelope size you are using, create a custom paper size for your envelope and select that.

  2. Before printing a real envelope, figure out the correct envelope orientation by doing a test print of the envelope document on a sheet of plain paper. Before printing, mark the test sheet with its orientation as it goes into the printer, both which side is up and which edge goes in first. When the test print comes out, note which way the paper went in to create the correct orientation, because that’s how you will need to put the envelopes into the paper feed. I keep that test sheet around to remind me how to load envelopes later, because I always forget.
