HELP, WHEN CLICK ENTER/SHIFT+ENTER CANT ADD NEW LINE ( HORIZONTALTYPE TOOL)

Really need help .
I am using photoshop cc 2020, and i have problem..A BIG PROBLEM for me.
When i want to add new line while typing using horizontal type tool, i click shift+enter or just enter on my keaboard, its should make new line right?
BUT ITS NOT ON MINE,  even go to extrude 3d layer, or open 3d feature.
i am working with photoshop, and this problem was one week disturbing my work.
i was try another version of photoshop, also reinstall my windows (clean install)
but this problem not solved, and iwas stressed because of that
please anyone help me or just give me a clue.
i need to remove 3d feature or i just want to make new line with shift+enter or just enter whiletypung long text
