i would do it as an opacity mask with Dimension & Photoshop

step 1 = the model... I don't have your car so i used this free one from Adobe Stock

step 2 = place your image as a decal then adjust the repeat and offset for the "look" you want

step 3 = click the glass layer under the decal "the white bit" and place your image as the opacity map ... adjust the offset and repeat of this map to match whatever you set for the decal above it

step 4 = click the pen icon in the panel to edit your texture in Photoshop... green is too light so I replace it with a darker brown

step 5 = add a blank black layer under the brown one and set the layer style on the brown (top) layer to Hard light

Step 6 = click file and save in Photoshop to send the edited image back to Dimension then rendor at medium or above

note the green in your decal layer assumes day time and will look wrong at other times so you may need to adjust that the same way I did the opacity map layer
