Help With Flipping Text Up Inside Circle

I can't seem to flip the bottom part of the text in the circle upright when I move the mover to the circle. I was able to a short while ago.

What good would that be the text would be backwards and the text at the top of the circle would also be flipped if text could be flipped on a cirle path.  I think what you actually need to do is use two acr paths that have different radius and direction and two text on a path where two text sizes are used.
