Help with Photoshop brush

I'm still kind of confused I'm taking everyone's advice but still can not get the hard round pressure brush I'm looking for 

 I looked through my default brush's and there's only 2 brushes there. so I'm not sure if I have to download a brush  from adobe sight

as I just download photoshop Im not exactly sure if there are already brushes preloaded on the default menu

Hi, im trying to get a hard round pressure brush

 but I don't have it anywhere in my default brushes.

Have you tried »Append default brushes« and searched among those?
