Help with printing. Jaggie lines

I am in the process of creating a comic using vector images. I bounce between Photoshop and Fresco. While using Fresco I have no issues zooming in or out, it all looks the same. In Photoshop (or a PNG export) I get jaggies depending on how I am zoomed in. Zooming in actually cleans up the image and smooths it out. When Im in Photoshop I change the resolution from 72 to 300. Below are screenshots from the same PNG export. The top is not zoomed, the bottom is. When printing it looks just like the top with jaggies. Any help is appreciated.

Photoshop can work with (imported) vector assets, but it's a pixel-based program. So, you need to create your data at print size, and you need to avoid upscaling (the pixels).

You will have to stay with vectors as long as possible. They will be crisper when you print. Why don't you stay with Fresco?

I would like to get test files to see what you do (Fresco, Photoshop).

The images below were png, printed, then i took a photo with my phone, In Fresco I created 8.5 x 11 600ppi. i used different size vector brush strokes. They all printed a little jaggie. If you look at the 2 images with the blue (they are the same image png, one is pritnted landscape, one portrait)  you will notice that the blue doesnt fill all they way (it does on computer) in different spots, even thought they are the same image. Maybe its my computer/printer settings. Not sure. Im not going to be printing at home anyway,  but I dont want to get to deep into a project and have it set up wrong. Thanks

You do not post the files, only the scans. You should follow my request:
