Try Layer Styles (the fx at the bottom of the Layers panel)

Gradient: white to yellow to orange to brownish-red

Stroke: black

Outer glow: red, blending mode normal

I agree with Dave about using Color Dodge instead of B&E and would like to add one more thing.

In your example, look at the spacing between some of the letters, such as the "Sh" at the beginning and the "le" at the end. The outer glow is smushed together on the first pair and not touching on the second, making the entire word look odd.

Kerning the letter pairs will help for consistency.

  • Open the Character panel from the Window menu
  • Click an insertion point between a pair of letters
  • Click in the kerning control in the Character panel
  • Adjust the letter spacing to be closer or further apart until the space between the glow effects looks good

Personally, I like the spacing between the h and u, but choose whichever you prefer and make them all look the same.
