Try Layer Styles (the fx at the bottom of the Layers panel)
Gradient: white to yellow to orange to brownish-red
Stroke: black
Outer glow: red, blending mode normal

Thx,i've already did all of that,my problem is bevel and emboss,can't match the look of the original text...

Try using an inner shadow instead of bevel & emboss. This is a different font but hopefully it shows the point.

I agree with Dave about using Color Dodge instead of B&E and would like to add one more thing.
In your example, look at the spacing between some of the letters, such as the "Sh" at the beginning and the "le" at the end. The outer glow is smushed together on the first pair and not touching on the second, making the entire word look odd.
Kerning the letter pairs will help for consistency.
Personally, I like the spacing between the h and u, but choose whichever you prefer and make them all look the same.

btw,i'm still thinkin' there's bevel & emboss together with inner shadow,look at the text closer...or maybe i'm wrong...

My poor attempt...used internal gradient stroke instead of bevel&emboss...still not happy with the result, something is missing...
