Home screen doesn't open anymore

Hi Adobe and everyone here,

PS v 25.3.1  / windows 11 Pro.

Since two days, when I launched PS,  the home screen is not there anymore...

Also, When I open a file and click on the Home option on the taskbar, it shows a black screen, I have to click on the F key 3 times to get back to my file and PS workspace...

When I have a file open, but floating, I still have the black windows but the file is showing on top of it. To get back to the workspace, first I have to click on the square icon to make the file bigger, second I have to click the F key.

Also when I launched PS, it' slower to open...  I did a test: uncheck Auto show the Home Screen Preference and PS open faster.

SO what can be the reason for the home screen not to apears anymore either when I open PS or try to access it via the home icon ?

PS : nothing was change in the preference option.
