How best to copy image files from Mac HDD to Windows 10 PC?

Hello. I need to copy 400GB of image files (psd, jpg, png, dng) from my old MacBook Pro over to my new PC Windows 10 workstation.

I do not use Lightroom, so image files are in a "Media" folder w. subfolders on a MacOS system internal SSD drive.

Best, most reliable way to copy files over? Thanks.
