How can i deal with this problem in Layer Style strokes on images?

Please help me fix this issue. As u can see the stroke is too wide even when it is in lowest size. I restarted Photoshop but it still didn't fix it. If somebody can help me I would greatly appreciate!

    Your logo is in a smart object. Is there a stroke already applied within the smart object (double click on the smart object in the layers panel to open it and check)

    If you uncheck Outer Glow in the Layer Styles dialog, does the Stroke work any better?
