How can I delete my works in Photoshop?

I've been using Photoshop for a while but suddenly the delete button vanished and now I'm unable to remove my works. How can I fix this? It's very annoying to see dozens of unwanted drawings.

Are you talking about Photoshop Elements?

It's unclear where you are looking:

Photoshop documents are deleted in the Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer. On a Mac, you can use Cmd+Delete.
Are your images Cloud documents stored in Creative Cloud? Click the checkbox and Delete is in the upper right.
Are you looking at the Home Screen which shows recents? Go to File > Clear Recents
Are the images open in Photoshop? Go to File > Close

If it's something else, show a screen shot so we can see what you are seeing and better assist.
