How can I do this specific sparkle/giltter effect in Photoshop?

Hello!

I need help making this effect in Photoshop (Attaching picture).

I tried to make it with a colored layer - add Noise - add Pixelate -> Crystalize, and combing few layers.

The colors were good, but it has little "traingles" instead of those little circles.
