How can I get my swatches transferred?

I'm switching computers and I tried to take my swatches palette along. I tried exporting it but that didn't work. The swatches are not in a group folder. They are just like the photo below shows. (PS release 21).

 

Any idea how I can take that collection to the new computer?

Or, alternatively, how can I get rid of the folders on my new computer with the few colors in it and have the swateches look like shown above with all the greys and colors instead of the very limited palette?

It didn't work because it could only export one swatch at the time. But I tried it again and I found out that I can highlight them all by clicking on the first and the last while holding the shift key. It worked.

Can't you just go "Save Swatches" and save them to your computer, and transfer them from there?

Could you please direct me to this option?
