Something like this ?

1. A warming filter (81) at 57% density

2. A hue / saturation layer with saturation turned down to -36

3. A curve with whitepoint dragged left to bring back contrast

If those are all examples of what you want to achieve we would now also need to see at least one example that you want to change thusly. 

Generally those images appear to be somewhat desaturated but with good contrast.

So many ways. You can use ACR to edit your image, you can use adjustments or match color. I tried a quick match color. Go to Image, Adjustments, match color. I took 2 of your reference photos and combined them into a single layer and used that layer as the source to match.
