How can I make an outline of this image? Trying to cut a Vinyl but just want the outline.

Ctrl+Click on the layer's content thumbnail in the layers palette to select the layers transparency.  Add a new emptylLayer and stroke the selection with a 3px Black stroke centered. Deselect and turn off the visibility of the bottom layer.
