How can I remove this dialogue box?

Can anyone help, this dialogue box has just just popped up when I 'save-as', I'd like to remove it as I don't wish to save to cloud, I wish to save to my HD.

It appears that you might have inadvertently told Photoshop to use the cloud as the default location at some point. You should be able to reset your preferences to fix this issue.

    If you click on the "On your computer" button at the bottom left, Photoshop should remember that next time.

      Thanks for your reply, unfortunately it doesn't remember my prefered path and flashes up every time
