How can I resize my PhotoShop screen?

New Here ,

I don't know what happened, but when I launch my PhotoShop CS6, the screen is larger than my monitor, and I cannot grab the bottom and resize it so I can use drop shadows, and trash layers, and duplicate layers (although I can do that with command J).  But, the entire bottom of my program screen is too low to grab and resize.  What can I do?  I need to do a drop shadow!

Click on the Green Maximize button to fit the photoshop interface to your screen.

Thank you so much for helping me find he bottom of the screen, but to my great surprise the ADD a layer, button, the DUPLICATE button and the TRASH button showed up, but the FX button where drop shadows and filters were located is missing! That has always been on the same bar. Where did it get relocated? I still can't find the drop shadow button!

I don't know how to do a screen shot of my computer and insert it here. I took a screen shot, but . . . how do I show it to you?

And when I closed and save the image IN LAYERS, it merged them into ONE, so now I can't do a drop shadow on the layer I had intended to do it on unless I start all over again. I AM SO FRUSTRATED! I have never had this difficulty before today!
