How can I set Photoshop to be the default program for opening RAW files?

Ever since I installed Topaz DeNoise as a plugin, it seems to have circumvented Photoshop as the default program for opening RAW files. It's driving me nuts. Is there any way to revert this back?

Right click on one of the NEF files, click Get Info, select Photoshop 2020 under Open With and then click Change All
