How can I stop photoshop uploading?

Photoshop is constantly uploading some data when I have it open, how do I stop this, I am on bad internet with 1mb upload, so when it starts doing this period upload of data my ping will spike to 1k>ms

I had to install glasswire to figure out what was destroying my connection to find my connection only became terrible when photoshop would do these period uploads of data.

It looks weird.How frequent are theses data transfer?Normally Photoshop do not work online.It only download files if they are stored on the cloud.Is it downloading or uploading traffic? If uploading then it could be the updates of shared files on the cloud.Try to save your files on your computer instead of the cloud, in order to check if it fixes the situation. And also deactivate file sharing.Let us know what you found.&#128521;
