Hi i've been working with PSD as usual, and before version 24.7.2 it was available working on a layer and if i wish to draw it inside a folder layer i can only pick that specific layer with a single click, but now i don't know if it's because of this new PSD version, if i select an specific layer it selects all layers from the entire folder,

instead of a specific layer inside that folder and it's driving me mad, does anybody find out any solution to this issue?  or is it a default psd thing now?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Make sure you have auto select unchecked, when you use the move tool. If you want to use auto select, change the dropdown menu to layer rather than group.

Hold Alt (Option on Mac) while clicking the layer thumbnail to select only that layer within the folder..
Disable "Auto-Select" in the Move tool options bar and use Ctrl/Cmd + click on the layer thumbnail.
