How can we make rubber band thick in photoshop cc 2015?
I can barely see the rubber band tool as it is too thin. how can we do the setting to make it thick? Please Help.!!!

Why do you use CC 2015?
At current you can employ the workaround of using a Shape Layer with a Stroke, but other than that you will have to wait to see what future releases bring:
