How could I change the background in this image?

Hello everyone,

I've found tutorials on how to change the backgrounds where transparent materials are present, but with each tutorial, the background has been simple/ seamless.

Could anyone advise me on how I could change the background in this image? I want to have a nighttime beach image rather than the pool and umbrella. .

I suggest that you post your actual nighttime beach image as well so we would have a better idea of what you will be dealing with.

I haven’t made a final decision yet as I want to be flexible.

I want to change the image from day to night and possibly have this image instead of the palm trees and umbrella:
