How did i use colorfill on a shape? I wanna do it again.

Without knowing how i used colorfill to change the color of only this shape. when dubble clicking on the new (orange) layer I can easily change the color again. I would like to do this on other shapes again but i dont know how. 

Can somebody help me?

In your example, the orange layer can be easily changed because it is a shape layer, as indicated by its icon in the Layers panel. When it is a shape layer, you can change the color using the Fill icon in the options bar or Properties panel.

If it is not a shape layer, it will not have that Fill option. But you can usually use the Color Overlay layer style: Select the layer and choose Layer > Layer Style > Color Overlay. That color can be edited easily at any time in the future by double-clicking Color Overlay for that layer in the Layers panel.
