How do I add a color theme from my library to my swatches panel?

How do I add color themes from my library to my swatches panel? In Illustrator, I right click and select "add theme to swatches". Then they pop up in a folder on my swatches panel. There is nothing like this is in the menu when I right click in Photoshop. I've tried draging and dropping, but that just selects a single color in the group. With the amount they are pushing Photoshop for artists, it seems like easy use of colors would be a priority? Surely there is a quick way to do this that doesn't requires clicking each color and then adding it manually.

I'm using Photoshop 2025 with Windows 11

I work directly from the Library using like a swatch panel.  It feels a bit redundant creating swatch groups for each project when they are already organised in a CC Library.   I don't know of any way to add each colour to a swatch group other than selecting it, and Add New Swatch.

That makes sense. I'd rather not have to jump around between the swatches and the library when I need to add a few more colors/neutrals. I'm trying to shift my mindset and stop expecting the computer to be quick and easy. When I'm actually painting, I don't mind mixing all my paints and taking the time to set up. I guess I need to slow down and stop expecting the computer to magically make that part more effecient. I appreciate the response!

If this is for painting, then I make a pallet on a new layer at the top of the layer stack. You can Ctrl drag the pallet around the screen to get it out of the way.  There are dozens of videos out there on the different ways people do this.

There are some useful plugins like Collorus.  It's not free, but well worth the $16.99 asking price.

Lots of free extension as well
