How do I fix this issue in Photoshop?

While using photoshop, whenever I scroll, move something, or even draw something on a layer, it seems to save that information. I have an example with this image. I used the brush tool to place a dot and scrolled; the dark purple should not be there. I used Windows 11 and have a high-end laptop, so this shouldn't be a lag issue. Which setting can fix this, or is this a known bug?unknown.png

Update your system's graphics driver if possible and check the hardware acceleration settings in the preferences.

I just tried this, it's fully updated, and I've turned off the hardware acceleration settings. It hasn't fixed the issue.
