How do I get rid of this grid thing all over my project on Photoshop?

im new to photoshop so this may be a stupid question but randomly this grid is all over my project and i cant figure out how to get rid of itScreenshot (1).png, please help thanks.

You can show/hide the grid under the View menu > Show > Show / Hide Grid

You can also hide it with Ctrl H but that's a bit of a blunt instrument that hides all overlays. (marching ants, guides, grid)
